Returns and refunds
What to do if something is wrong, or you change your mind
Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm whether a return is approved and give you the correct return instructions for your order.
How to start a return or cancellation
Open your order with the reference and the email address you ordered with, and choose cancel or return something. If you would rather write to us, email support@cktech.co.za with your order reference and a short description of the problem.
Either way we reply with the return instructions before anything is sent back. No refund is made until we have answered, and any refund is recorded against the order.

This is the same address as our business address. Only send goods here once we have confirmed the return with you — an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order and may be refused.
Change of mind: the seven-day cooling-off right
Where the cooling-off right in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel a qualifying goods transaction without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving the goods.
You may be charged the direct cost of returning the goods. If you have already paid, we refund you within 30 days of the cancellation.
Goods that are faulty, defective or not as described
Section 55 of the Consumer Protection Act requires goods to be of good quality, in good working order and free of defects. Under section 56 you may return goods that fail those requirements within six months of delivery, at our risk and expense, and choose a repair, a replacement, or a refund as that section provides.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method: back to the card used through PayFast, or by EFT to the bank account the order was paid from. We do not refund to a different person's account. Bank processing time is outside our control once the refund has been released.
Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other law.
