Delivery

CKtech is an online store. Orders are delivered to the delivery address you enter at checkout; there is no branch collection.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is calculated from a live courier quote and shown before you place your order. It is added to the product total, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay for the goods and the delivery together.

A courier price is not a delivery-date estimate, and we do not promise a delivery date the courier has not confirmed.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after the courier collects the parcel. This is an estimate, not a guarantee: courier networks, public holidays and remote destinations can add time.

Availability and stock

Product availability is checked during checkout, but supplier stock is not reserved while you complete your order. CKtech sources goods from its supplier once an order is paid.

If an item becomes unavailable before we can source it, we will contact you and handle the order and any refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Tracking and questions

When your parcel is collected we send the tracking details to the email address on the order. If you have a question about a delivery, email support@cktech.co.za with your order reference and we will follow it up with the courier.
